Once accepted by Barcodeoutlet, no contract for the sale of Goods under these Conditions may be cancelled. Returns of non-defective Goods are not permitted unless expressly authorized at the sole discretion of Barcodeoutlet.
If Barcodeoutlet agrees to accept the return of non-defective Goods, the return shall be subject to the following terms:
- The Buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Barcodeoutlet and clearly mark this number on each parcel being returned.
- The Buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the Goods back to Barcodeoutlet, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All returned Goods must be in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and accompanying documentation.
- For software products, the original seal must remain unbroken.
Should any Goods be damaged in transit from the Buyer to Barcodeoutlet, the Seller reserves the right to either charge the Buyer the full cost of the Goods or, at its sole discretion, the cost of repairing the damage.
Where non-defective Goods are accepted for return, Barcodeoutlet reserves the right to apply a handling and restocking fee of 25%.
Any claims regarding defects in the Goods must be reported to Barcodeoutlet within seven (7) days of delivery. If no such claim is made within this period and delivery has not been refused, the Goods will be deemed accepted, and the Buyer will be responsible for full payment with no further right of rejection.
For valid defect claims made within the specified timeframe, Barcodeoutlet may, at its discretion, either replace the defective Goods at no cost or issue a refund of the amount actually paid. Barcodeoutlet shall have no further liability in relation to such claims.
The Buyer must retain the allegedly defective Goods, along with the original manufacturer packaging, for a reasonable period to allow for inspection or collection by Barcodeoutlet or its appointed agent.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no credit will be issued for returned Goods unless they are defective.
